standard plastic injection molding machine, a complete floss pick manufacturing
system must also provide controlled feeding, positioning and tensioning of
dental floss.
The
production process starts with plastic injection molding. A specially designed
mold forms the handle of the dental floss pick. During the production cycle,
the floss is supplied to the molding area and positioned according to the
required product design.
After
molding, the floss is securely fixed in the plastic handle. The excess floss is
then cut, and the finished dental floss picks are transferred to the next
production stage.
